The average and median sales price in Cape Coral and Lee County increased for the month of December '11, while the active inventory of available homes bumped up slightly. The sales figures are recorded approximately one month after the month represented in order to capture a more accurate reading of the sales figures. The beginning of 2012 has shown signs of continued activity and increased prices.
