Just in time for registration on Tuesday October 29, we are delighted to announce that we've added a new day and time for the Sit and Cycle class. Additionally, we're excited to welcome Sherry Hedden as our new instructor. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome to the team.
In our sit and cycle class, participants use a recumbent under the counter elliptical machine which allows for a comfortable seated workout. This unique design promotes a relaxed posture, making it ideal for individuals seeking a low impact exercise option. Throughout the class, instructors may incorporate resistance settings to increase the challenge. This helps to build strength and endurance while still allowing participants to remain seated. Hand weights and other equipment are also used during the class.
