Greetings beautiful people! This is totally no pressure and very impromptu, but I wanted to invite you to join me in a little seasonal reset. Feel free to jump i whenever - it’s all about doing this at your own pace and as often as you’d like.


Scorpio season is a time of renewal and rebirth. It also marks a special period of celebration for me as I honor my solar return and my sonshine’s birthday. With this energy of change in the air, I couldn’t think of a better time to give my body a gentle cleanse and reboot. This time of year, brings so much transition: the daylight fades, the holidays approach, and emotions can feel heightened for many different reasons.


So why not shift the focus and do something good for our bodies and minds? Let’s use this time to nourish ourselves, reset our systems, and set the tone for the season. Whether you’re new to cleansing or it’s part of your wellness routine, let’s make this about tuning in and treating ourselves to a little extra love.

Here’s the Tea (Juice)

I won’t be juicing for the entire 14 days—y'all know I need to eat! But what I’ve found works for me is juice fasting every other day. On the in-between days, I’ll be including solid foods with a few simple guidelines to keep things on track.


Here’s what I’m sticking to:

  • No added sugar: Let’s keep it natural!

  • No cream in coffee: If you can avoid coffee altogether, please do. (Trust me, I’m a coffee lover through and through, so this one is real.) If you decide to indulge, keep it black. Herbal teas are also great—without honey, agave, or sugar.

  • Rest and meditation: This journey is about more than what we’re eating; it’s about slowing down and tuning in.

  • Stay connected: Community is everything! Let’s support each other, especially during those tough cravings. It’s always easier when we do it together.


For the days when you’re eating, start with fruit, ideally waiting until around 11am if you can—but do what feels best for you. The fruit part is key. Please don’t break your fast with junk! Enjoy your food days mindfully, as this is about resetting and bringing intention to each choice.


Every day is a new opportunity to be a little better than the day before. So, let’s take this one day at a time and make it a journey we can feel good about!
