Remembrance Day ceremony begins at 10:45 a.m.

Every Remembrance Day, the U of T community honours those alumni, students, faculty and staff who fell in the First and Second World Wars, as well as other conflicts. The in-person UTM ceremony will take place at 10:45 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 11 in front of the Davis Building, near the flagpole. Tours of the New Science Building are being held on Nov. 26 at 10 a.m. and Nov. 27 at 3 p.m. Tours will start at the main entrance off Outer Circle Road.
Closing date for registration is Nov. 25 at noon. Read more

Use UTORid to log in to classroom computers

Starting Nov. 18, classroom and meeting room computer log in will require  UTORid username and password. This change provides a consistent login experience across all devices while enhancing the security of campus systems.
If you need help, use the podium phone to connect with a Classroom Experience Specialist or contact the UTM Service Desk at helpdesk.utm@utoronto.ca or 905-569-4300.

Professor Nicholas Rule, vice-principal, academic, and dean at UTM since
2023, has accepted a new position as U of T’s vice-provost, academic programs, starting on Nov. 1. 
Assistant dean Daniella Mallinick will join the office of the vice-president and provost, on secondment as a senior strategist until Dec. 31, 2025.  
Professor Bill Gough will step in as UTM’s interim vice-principal, academic, and dean, until the end of this calendar year. Read more
