Thank you to everyone who worked for our democracy in advance of our recent electionMay be an image of 6 people and text

The 2024 election is over. LWVRB members served as poll watchers and workers. We did two presentations on mis and dis information. We had a voter ed booth at three community events. We hosted mock elections and registered new voters at Lake Park. We promoted VOTE411, our online voter guide at the train station and in your front lawn! We hosted a successful fundraiser to support our efforts. We championed a statewide voter education program and our members wrote and sent 500 postcards.

Our LWVRB members worked hard for months - some of us are exhausted and rightfully so! We kicked things into high gear this year. People stepped up. We are a force in our area and we left no voter behind.

We are so thankful to YOU and so proud of YOU for all the hard work you did this cycle. We are not finished-we will never be finished. So take a small breather and let's get back at it because... April is coming.
