After taking a day yesterday to recharge and reflect, we're diving back into the work that truly uplifts us. Supporting our community and working together brings us a sense of purpose, connection, and joy, and we’re grateful to have you as part of this journey.
Thank you for being with us. Together, let’s keep building a space that’s empowering, hopeful, and resilient. We’re here for each other, today and every day.
As a thank you for being a subscriber
to our newsletter and part of our community, we're excited to offer a
10% discount this weekend as we present the Denver Immersive Invitational in partnership with After Hours Theater Company and the Immersive Experience Institute, with support from Denver Center for the Performing Arts Off-Center and The Experientialists.
Use Code SUBSCRIBER10 for your discount!
But first, a superhero-sized thank you to our incredible sponsors, Non Plus Ultra, Whole Foods (1701 Wewatta St), Atomic Cowboy (3237 E Colfax Ave), Ratio Beerworks and Multipass, whose generosity powers the Immersive Invitational this weekend. Without their support, nearly 100 artists and crew members would be out in the cold and running on fumes instead of creativity! They're helping us make this chaos—uh, we mean "creative magic"—possible. Go give 'em your business!

Starting THIS Friday evening, eight amazing teams will begin working with a prop they must use and a unique creative constraint. They’ll have until Sunday afternoon to bring a brand-new, 10-minute immersive experience to life. This is going to be an absolute whirlwind—an intense challenge, for sure.
Those teams are:
LuneAseas
The Exposure Project
The Catamounts
Liz Kirchmeier
Thompson Powers
Merhia & Co
Two Cent Lion & Opia House
As an audience, you’ll get to journey through all eight experiences, linked together thematically by our creative constraints. We’ve seen this format thrive in LA for five years, and now it’s Denver’s turn. (Check out the sizzle reel here to get a feel for the event!)
This is your chance to see the ideas and performances that may grow into fully realized productions down the line.
So where is this happening?
This is all going down inside the historic El Jebel, courtesy of Non Plus Ultra! If you haven't been inside the newly restored venue yet, you'll understand why we're drooling over it when you arrive. We hope to see you there!
