CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER SALE PERIOD
Retail Store
In order to process orders as fast and efficiently as possible our retail store will be closed over the sale period - 26 November till 2 December 2024 - and will reopen on Tuesday 3 December 2024.
Collections
We will be processing orders for collection over the sale period. Please, however, note that you should not come to collect your order till you have received a notification to do so.
No Telephone or Whatsapp Support
Our customer services team won’t be taking any phone calls from customers over this period (26 November 2024 till 2 December 2024). Through extensive experience, we've found that handling support queries via email is the most efficient and effective channel. By temporarily disabling phone calls during this high volume period, we will increase the number of support tickets we can deal with, offering an overall better service level to all customers. No Custom Orders, Email Orders, Whatsapp Orders, Telephonic Orders
Any email or custom orders received over this period will be processed after Monday 2 December 2024. Per the terms and conditions indicated the discount will not apply to these orders.
Extended parcel processing times and delivery periods
Due to the high volume of orders experienced on sale days, same day dispatch does not apply. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. These temporary measures will ensure that our customer services team runs as efficiently as possible during what is expected to be an unusually busy time. We now offer more, convenient ways to shop. Shop online at Seeds for Africa with our various shipping options or Shop “Click & Collect” at Seeds for Africa, if you’re in the Cape Town area. Alternatively, you can shop instore at our showroom and retail concept store with payment via Credit Card or Zapper. Please keep in mind that depending on the size of your order, it can take up to 30mins to process instore.
Also, bear in mind that when visiting our store that all Covid protocols have been stopped with the exception of hand sanitizer, which is available at the store entrance and exit.
