Dear all,

In the run-up of the UN International Day of Care and Support, COFACE held its annual meeting of the Disability Platform at the European Committee of the Regions. The meeting included an open roundtable of family carers and a recorded message from Katarina Ivanković Knežević, Director for Social Rights and Inclusion in the DG EMPL at the European Commission. You can watch the video here.

We are also glad to announce that COFACE has recently welcomed a new member organisation from France: The CNAFAL (Conseil National des Associations Familiales laïques). CNAFAL is dedicated to addressing contemporary societal challenges, including immigration, consumer rights, and advocating for the recognition and support of diverse family structures. Read more about their work here.
