Self Care Saturdays are designed to offer both an artistic outlet for teens facing mental and emotional challenges, as well as a reliable source of support. In our inaugural session, teens will learn how to create Zentangle Art—a methodical form of doodling that helps reduce stress. We’ll also focus on identifying common stressors in our daily lives and explore strategies for managing them. |
