We are thrilled to announce that the manufacturing phase has officially begun, starting with the fabrication of the chassis. This marks a significant milestone in our journey towards building a competition-ready vehicle. The chassis serves as the backbone of our design, and meticulous attention is being paid to ensure precision, durability, and compliance with competition regulations.
The manufacturing team has been working closely with the design and engineering teams to finalize every detail. Advanced tools and techniques are being employed to achieve the highest quality standards. As the chassis comes together, the team is also preparing to initiate production on other key components. Stay tuned for progress updates and sneak peeks as we bring our designs to life! |

During the past few years the team has demonstrated an incredible amount of growth - from placing 29th overall and completing all dynamic events for the first time in its history, to an increased member base, faculty support, and more competition teams - it is no secret the team has a strong foundation to move forward and I cannot wait to keep this momentum going to push us to new heights!
Therefore, my goals for 2025 + forward include: Grow the competition teams and provide them with the resources and opportunities to place #1 in Texas overall consistently Increased + proper quality member retention + knowledge capabilities including documentation through beginner programs with hands on experience and programs (such as driver development through karts, etc.) Push the SAE chapter to continue to grow to new heights including creating sustainable demographics
The past few years have shown us we can reach great heights that the team once only dreamed of. I cannot wait to work with everyone and push the bounds of what we can achieve this new year!
