A teaser about the novel: Ralph Ashton gets more than he bargained for when police question him about the death of his ex-boyfriend Elijah Ray, whose body is discovered at the edge of the Saranac River. When the local police visit Ralph and ask him about a critical piece of case evidence, Ralph becomes a prime suspect!

In these crazy times, we all need a dose of fun! What better way to de-stress than dip into some coloring!

Creator Paul Richmond says: "The Cheesecake series grew out of my fascination with pin-up art from the 40’s and 50’s. I’m interested in exploring how gender roles were reinforced by these artistic expressions of sexuality."

Hot Lit Finale!

Something for the poets and the rockers!

The always wonderful SASFest is happening!  A program of the Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festival, SASFest has grown into an internationally-recognized event that brings together a who’s who of LGBTQ+ publishers, writers and readers from throughout the United States and beyond. The Festival, held over 3 days each spring at the Hotel Monteleone in the New Orleans French Quarter, features panel discussions and master classes around literary topics that provide a forum for authors, editors and publishers to talk about their work for the benefit of emerging writers and the enjoyment of fans of LGBTQ+ literature. Try out Jacob Budenz's poetry workshop! Instagram (@dreambabyjake).

Feeling a bit wilder sashay over to The Skivvies Feb. 13 show! The Skivvies are Lauren Molina and Nick Cearley, singer/actor/musicians performing stripped down arrangements of eclectic covers and eccentric originals. Not only is the music stripped down - cello, ukulele, glockenspiel, melodica - but the Skivvies literally strip down to their underwear to perform.

And finally....
My new fiction Drought is coming out June 3, 2025 from Rebeal Satori Press (yes there will be not one but two fierce launch parties)! Details here!
