'It's My Party’ 1950's Women's Fashion Exhibit coming to Niagara Falls History Museum
NIAGARA FALLS, ON - From January 25 until September 21, 2025, the 'It's My Party' 1950's Women's Fashion Exhibit will take over the Ontario Power Generation Gallery at the Niagara Falls History Museum.
The 1950s were a defining age for fashion—a decade of grace, beauty, and enduring influence. This was a time of remarkable contrasts, with post-war prosperity and evolving social norms reflected in a new era of sophistication and style for women.
Immerse yourself in a selection of garments co-curated with the Wedding and Fashion Museum, featuring designers like Christian Dior, Claire McCardell, Lilli Ann, and Norman Norell, and see how they continue to inspire and captivate us today.
Access to the exhibit is included in regular museum admission. For admission pricing and History Museum hours, visit nfexchange.ca/museum.
