As We Slide Into Tyranny
As Elon Musk and his goons run amok, Congress should do its job and stop the unconstitutional gutting of federal agencies. Musk’s DOGE is attempting to dismantle and defund parts of our government that Trump, Musk, and MAGA don’t like. Their ultimate goal is to undo our democracy, civil rights, environmental and health protections.
DOGE throws agencies and personnel into chaos by not funding them and firing experienced professionals because MAGA believes these civil servants are the “deep state.”
We are now in a Constitutional Crisis as Trump “impounds” funds appropriated by Congress and threatens to takeover Gaza and displace the Palestinians.
Matters will only get worse as MAGA Republicans don’t have the guts to stand up to Trump and his billionaire buddies. As MAGA turns America into a pariah state, expect your personal standard of living to plummet. Don’t be surprised when medicare, social security, and veterans benefits are reduced, or eliminated, to pay for tax cuts for billionaires and to fund foreign fiascos like occupying Gaza.
