Draft Statement on Freedom of Expression and Academic Freedom:
Students from all schools and programs are asked to review and discuss this draft and toshare your feedback. Group discussions will launch after Founders Day on Feb. 20: look for announcements or host your own group. Students can also submit individual feedback usingthis form. The feedback period will end on March 21.
Student voices needed for the University’s Space Planning project!
Attend How Wake Works: Student Edition on space planning Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 7 p.m. in Pugh Auditorium, Benson Center. This important event is a chance to hear about the campus planning process and for your voice to be heard! Come help shape the future of Wake Forest! You’ll hear about what a campus plan is and have a chance to give opinions and feedback on things like residence halls, dining, parking, and everything in between.

Important emergency alert information: With the recent power outage, we want to remind that students of all schools and/programs should: 1) download the WakeSafe app, 2) enable notifications, and 3) click on messages you receive via your WFU email and WakeSafe and read those messages fully. The University communicates emergency instructions and other information directly with students; use these messages and Wake Alert as your primary sources for information in an emergency.
Apply to be a Hit the Bricks Chair: Help lead one of Wake Forest’s most impactful traditions and help raise funds for the Brian Piccolo Cancer Research Fund as a Hit The Bricks Chair. Chair positions are available in Internal & External Relations, Entertainment, PR, Fundraising, and Corporate Sponsorship. Build leadership skills, connect with campus and community partners, and make a lasting impact. Applications are due Friday, Feb. 21 at 11:59 p.m.; applicants must be on campus Fall 2025.
Academics
Information about May 2025 Commencement ticket registration will be sent to all eligible graduates in March.
Undergraduates: The last day to drop Spring full-semester courses is Feb. 18; graduate and professional school students, consult your school/program calendar.
