March 5 begins the Lenten season. Time seems to fly by So Quickly❣️

With heartfelt gratitude, I want to express my sincere appreciation to everyone who has volunteered their time and effort to make our church community a better place❣️

First and foremost, I want to thank Joe and Penny Schmidt for their unwavering commitment to serving as Communion servers. Their dedication and kindness are truly commendable.

Additionally, I want to recognize Colleen and Ed for their invaluable leadership to coordinate the changing of the Liturgical Colors each month. Their expertise and creativity will bring a fresh and vibrant touch to our worship services.

Furthermore, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Amy Elliott for taking on the role of Worship Coordinator. Under Amy’s guidance, our worship services will flourish and ensure that our congregation feels connected and engaged.

✔️While we have made significant progress, we still need someone to coordinate the greeters each Sunday. If you are interested in this role, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your contributions will be instrumental in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our congregation.

We have a Shepherding program at our church, where each member has been assigned a Deacon or an Elder. Their responsibility is to check in with their flock once a month to ensure everything is going well and to address any concerns. They will pray with and for you, and listen attentively. This is a very personal responsibility for everyone to ensure that everyone is well.

Gene Adams could use our support for strength and recovery.
Remember the people of Papua New Guinea, Ukraine, Sudan, Morocco, Hawaii, Libya, Turkey, Syria, Israel, Gaza, Palestine, and Bangladesh in your prayers. Haiti needs our prayers too.
Las Vegas, New Orleans, and those affected by the California Fires are in our hearts. The families of loved ones on the Tragic loss of family members in the plane and helicopter crash over the Potomac River in Washington DC.
Stay hopeful, supportive and PRAY
