Only 5 seats left for the SYVJC Cachuma

Boat Trip on October 22nd!

The threat of a hurricane on our previously scheduled date in August delayed it, but SYVJC's Annual naturalist guided Cachuma boat trip will set sail on Sunday morning October 22nd. There are only 5 seats left, so if you want 1 or more, please use the link below to pay. It will be on a first paid, first seated basis.

It is $18 per adult and $12 for children from 5-12. Children under 5 are not allowed on board

We will meet at 9:30 am at Hook'd Bar and Grill at the Marina. The Naturalist will then lead us over to a small building where she will share some info and then take us to the boat.

Rubber soled shoes are advised, along with a jacket, a hat that won't blow off, and sunscreen.

After the boat docks, we will have a no host lunch at Hook'd Bar and Grill at the Marina. Please note, the restaurant charges a fee for payment with plastic, so cash is suggested.

After lunch everyone is invited to tour the Neal Taylor Nature Center, where Camp Host and SYVJC member, David Schwartz will greet you and share info about the non-profit Center.
