Planning and Mission Effectiveness
October Mass Counts are underway!
October Mass Counts began last weekend. Please be sure to count every person who is at each Mass during the weekends in October. Please record your count for each weekend Mass on the forms below, which are also located on the FOR PARISH page of the website. If you have questions, email jhopselyn.singleton@seattlearch.org.

Property and Construction

Payment of second half of 2023 taxes

CCAS will be paying the second half of 2023 property taxes for parishes, schools, cemeteries, camps, etc. Each entity will be bille from CCAS (not their county).

This is the last week for parish input sessions. Please continue to send the input session forms to partners@seattlearch.org. Read Father Gary's Oct. 5 letter here. Also, the in-person November trainings have been changed to virtual sessions at the following times. (Online links will be sent soon.)
  • November 6, 12:30 – 2 p.m.
  • November 13, 10:30 a.m. – noon
  • November 14, noon – 1:30 p.m.

Update email addresses

Please take a moment to update your email addresses in Paycom. This update is crucial to ensure that all employees receive important information, especially during the transition for pay groups and other critical updates. To learn how to update your email, click here.
 

Transition to Pay Group 2

We have completed the testing for the transition to Pay Group 2. Thank you to St. Hubert for this smooth and successful test. To see when your parish will be transitioned, please review this Excel workbook. The new calendar for the pay period for each wave will be coming soon.

Submit photos of your parish creche

Please send us digital photos of your parish's creche/Nativity scene, and it may appear in Archbishop Etienne's Christmas video message and on Archdiocese of Seattle's social media! We'll credit your parish on the photo. Closeups of the Holy Family are ideal. Email to commsoffice@seattlearch.org by Nov. 15.

safeTALK: A Suicide Prevention Workshop
– for parish and school staffs

Oct. 17 from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. | Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center,

This suicide alertness training helps people recognize a person with thoughts of suicide and connects them with resources to help them.
