PK3-4 will be dismissed at 11AM. Pick-up will operate as usual in the Pond Lot. The gate will open at 10:50AM.
Bridge-8th will be dismissed at 11:15AM. Please arrive for car pick-up after 11:05AM (following PK3-4 pick-up). Pickup for BR-8th will operate as usual: Pond Lot (Bridge-3rd) & Gym Lot (4-8th).
If you registered for PK3-8th Extended Care for this day, follow normal pickup procedures. |

PK3-8 Yearbook Picture Day: Friday, October 13 |
Each child must be registered individually in order for parents to review and order photos. Your child's name must match the first and last name exactly as it is listed in Sycamore. Exciting new feature this year: photos will be emailed to you in real time!
Students may wear nice jeans or knee length shorts (no athletic/jean shorts) that are not frayed, ripped or have holes. Shirts will have no writing/print on them. No bare midriff. Skirts, dresses and shorts need to be uniform length - no shorter than 3 inches above the knee. All school uniform dress code guidelines apply. |

New for 23-24: Extended Care Change Deadline |
PK3-4th Grade: The next change deadline is October 15 for the time period of November 1 – December 31. Availability is not guaranteed if you would like to sign up during a change deadline, as SML's licensing requires us to meet certain teacher/student ratios.
EC & 5-8th Grade: Changes require advance notice by the 15th of the month before the month wherein change is needed.
If no change is needed, then no action is required. |

Cougar Connection is a parent education series designed to strengthen the vital partnership between parents and school to create an exceptional educational experience that equips students - and families - for success.

5-8th Grade: While conferences are optional, you are welcome to sign up to meet with your child's teacher(s). |

The clinic will include two practices, 10/25 & 11/29 from 3:30-5:30PM, with a pep rally performance on 12/1 at 2:20PM. Cost is $75 and each participant will receive a shirt, poms and bow. Late registrations cannot be accepted. Existing 4th Grade cheerleaders do NOT need to register for the clinic as they will already be included. |
