Kickstart Your Day with Joy!

How are you starting your day? I have a hint for you, something that helped me kickstart my day with joy.
My wife introduced me to this little video. It's very simple, at seven minutes. It's got a very nice lady with a British accent; I don't know her name yet, but I'm listening to her every morning, and she walks you through seven exercises.
It only takes seven minutes and it's really not intense. It's just a way to kickstart your day. I started doing this two weeks ago, and it's become routine every morning, wherever I am, I do it. I encourage my wife to do the same. When we're together, we do it together, but sometimes I'm in a hotel room far away, and we talk about that early in the morning, because you can do it anywhere.
Simple exercises, and what it does do, it helps you to get your metabolism going. After the fourth or the fifth time you do it, it becomes like a routine. You don't even have to think about it.
And it's funny, in the beginning, these exercises were fairly difficult, a bit of a stretch, but they are getting easier and easier every time.

It's simple, it's only seven minutes, but it'll change your day. You'll be more invigorated, your metabolism will be faster, and you know, you'll just have more joy.
