October on the ALT

“Jack Frost” will be arriving soon, whitetail bucks are beginning to chase does, goldenrod is everywhere and birds are migrating - It’s FALL YA’LL!

ALT Follow-Up

Despite the rain, fog and cold temps, the Kevin Riedel Memorial Hike was a success! It was held in section 4 at Hanging Rock Raptor Observatory and was followed by a cookout at Moncove State Park.  Thanks to all those that helped organize, setup and attended this special event.  WVSTA is planning to make this an annual hike each fall!
