Affinities

An exhibition of paintings and ceramics Margaret Thompson and Jo Pethybridge
Nov 1st – 27th, 2023.
This exhibition reveals the close affinity between the ceramicist, Jo Pethybridge,
and mixed media artist, Margaret Thompson,
both inspired by the creative ‘’liberation’’ that colour evokes.
Laura Fishman is pleased to be exhibiting in ‘Expressions of Judaism’, Kent House Knightsbridge, 28 Sept-23 Oct 2023.

PV guest list only - RSVP to orit@oritschreiber.com

Dawn Finn

Delighted to be included in ‘Inspired By’ at the Emma Mason Gallery in Eastbourne.
Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
PV 7th October.

7 October - 4 November
Elvina John Printmaking
Elvina was invited by Côté to exhibit at their inaugural exhibition in the brasserie at Muswell Hill .
She submitted watercolours and etchings, A3 and A4.
This is a new venture for them, they are looking for artists to exhibit, every 2 months.
They do not advertise on your behalf but you are allowed to exhibit your work in their second dining room with a price list  and your details on the wall.
Not sure how it will go but it is an interesting venue.
I believe they would like to know of other artists that have suitable A4 and A3 art work. It may be a good idea to contact the restaurant with examples of your work.
Perhaps pop by and have a look .

I have recently been representing EFOA on the Barnet Culture Strategy Steering Group.

You may have heard that Barnet will also be putting in a bid to the Mayor of London to be London Borough of Culture 2027. I am now representing EFOA on the LBOC working group.

Barnet are calling this bid ''Our Cultural Canvas'' and if you go to the Barnet website at engage.barnet.gov.uk you will see an online questionnaire asking for your views.

I am sure you can appreciate that working with Barnet Council on this strategy and bid is very necessary.

Please spend a short time completing the survey and ask your friends to do the same.
The number of people completing the survey helps the Barnet to become London Borough of Culture 2027.

Please complete the survey!
