Paola Muñoz and Danny Summerhill win the American Criterium Cup

An exciting finish was expected from the final event of the American Criterium Cup, The Giro Della Montagna, which was the finale of the Bommarito Audi Gateway Cup.

Headed into the penultimate event, only 29 points separated American Cycling Group’s Danny Summerhill in the lead and NCL’s Miami Night’s Alfredo Rodriguez in second. Summerhill was able to secure the ACC series win despite Rodriguez's absence.
