Eligibility:
To be eligible for the contest, you must be of legal age (min. 18 yrs.) and you must fill in the participation form.
Limit
There is a limit of one (1) entry per email address during the Contest Period (March 29-April 21)
Prize:
One (1) Prize to be won (cannot be exchanged for cash value): one paddleboard, one paddle, an air pump, a 5L drybag, waterproof phone case, and a carrying bag valued at over 500$.
How to Participate & Conditions
To be declared a winner, a participants must have the closest number guess to the actual number of mini loop bands in the jar and respect the following other conditions below. Participant with the closest guess will be contacted via email Sunday April 21 @2:00pm. In the event of a tie for best guess, winner will be determined by a computerized random draw.
After being contacted via email from Leduc Physio, the Participant must send a return email reply within 30 minutes of being contacted to accept the prize.
Participant must confirm they meet the eligibility conditions of these rules.
Participant must pick up the prize in person from Leduc Physio at #15, 5201 50 street Leduc, AB within 5 business days from initial email correspondence.
Failure to comply with one of the conditions mentioned in these rules or to accept their prize, the selected participant will be disqualified and the Participant with second-closest number guess will be contacted via email (similar reply expectations above will apply.)
Use of Prize:
By participating in this contest, any entrant selected for a prize releases Leduc Physio from any liability for any damage, prejudice, or loss that he/she may suffer as a result of accepting or use of its price. Each selected entrant acknowledges that upon receipt of the email confirming their prize, the performance of the obligations related to the prize becomes the sole and\exclusive responsibility of the product and service providers.
Authorization:
By taking part in this contest, the entrant selected for the prize authorizes Leduc Physio to use, if required, the winner's name, photograph, image, voice, description of the prize, and declaration relating to the prize for publicity purposes, and this, without any form of remuneration.
