Dear supporter,

We are delighted to be able to finally hold our annual Uzima Update Evening this November! Even more exciting, is that you will be able to meet in person, Emily Bakhitah, Founder and Director of Rise to Shine Education Foundation (RTSEF) from Kenya. You might remember that we are now working with Bakhitah’s charity, and have already placed the most vulnerable children from the Orphan Centre into her care through education scholarships in local Primary Schools. 

Bakhitah is studying for a Masters in London this academic year, which means she is available to visit the Island!

We would all love it if you could come along and meet her to find out more about her amazing work for some of the most underprivileged children we have ever encountered and with your ongoing support, how Uzima can partner with her in the future.
