COVER THE DEPLOYMENT WITH ONEs?
The Company continues its contribution to the deployment fees and allows 50% Cash & 50% ONEs as a payment method.

ONE ECOSYSTEM top management made a decision to continue supporting the deployment to the public blockchain! After a detailed financial analysis and due to the project's stability, the Company will cover 50% of the fees for the public blockchain deployment. This decision allows us to implement a 3rd payment method - 50% Cash and 50% ONEs.

As previously communicated, it is not possible to use ONEs to cover the deployment fully or partially, so the Company will cover 50% of the deployment costs, accepting the equivalent in ONE from each member. 

Bear in mind that these fees are one-off, and already deployed accounts will NOT be required to pay additional charges. 

Also, deployment to the public blockchain is mandatory for each IMA who would like to actively use their ONEs and participate in the OE in the future. All IMAs with non-deployed accounts will continue having access to those but will not be able to make any transactions.

Additionally, if you're interested in purchasing whole sets, specify the number of boxes required. You are not obliged to purchase a certain quantity of each product - it's up to you how to combine types and quantities. 

3. Delivery Address: Provide us with a detailed delivery address, including all necessary information such as street name, building number, city, country, and postal code. Double-check the accuracy of the provided address to ensure successful delivery.

4. Invoice Details: Indicate the name that should be mentioned on the invoice. This can be either the name of your company or your personal name if you're applying as an individual distributor.

5. ONE Account: In order to cover 50% of the payment with ONEs, please provide the name of the account you would like to use for this purpose.

Once you have completed these steps, our team will review your application and get back to you with further instructions and payment details. Thank you for your interest in becoming a master distributor!

NO CONDITIONAL DEALS ALLOWED ON DEALSHAKER
Instructions for the DS Country Managers
 
Dear CMs,
Bear in mind that publishing and approving any conditional deals is not allowed in the DEALSHAKER. Make sure you carefully read the description of each deal, and in case there is any condition put regarding payment, delivery, etc, that breaches the DS T&C, you need to reject this deal. 

If the merchant wants to publish a deal with a certain percentage of ONEs included but has put in the description that delivery of the products will be completed after the ONEs part has been converted through the DSP, this deal has to be rejected as this condition violates the DS T&C. The DS Country managers are responsible for the accuracy of the deals, and if such deals are approved by the CM, he/she will be held accountable. 

Be careful, take enough time to carefully check the deals you approve, and let's make sure our customers enjoy high-quality products and services and do not become victims of unloyal merchants!
DEALSHAKER KYC 

Some deals must be confirmed by the KYC department.
 
We are thrilled to share some exciting updates with you regarding the approval process for high-value items on our platform. At Dealshaker, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and trust, ensuring that only loyal and reliable merchants offer their products through our E-commerce platform.

In line with this objective, we are implementing a new procedure to enhance the approval process for items such as jewelry above 500 euros, real estate properties, and cars. Going forward, these items will not only be subject to the review of the Dealshaker country managers but also require the approval of our KYC (Know Your Customer) team before they are published on DS.

This additional layer of scrutiny aims to provide an extra level of assurance to our valued community members. By involving the KYC team in the approval process, we will ensure that merchants offering high-value items meet the necessary criteria and adhere to our strict quality standards.

The KYC team will carefully assess each item to verify its authenticity, value, and legitimacy. This thorough review process will help safeguard against any potential fraudulent or substandard offerings and maintain the reputation of the Dealshaker platform.

EDUCATIONAL MODULES CODES – VALIDITY
All codes are valid within 90 days from the date of purchase

We would like to remind all IMAs that as per the Company policy, all codes expire in 90 days after the order was placed. Please note that these codes cannot be replaced, refunded, or used beyond their expiration date. We kindly request you to make a note of the expiration date mentioned with each code and ensure that you redeem them before the expiration date. After this period, the codes will no longer be valid and cannot be extended or reactivated.

We would also advise all IMAs to finalize their payments as soon as possible after placing the order, so that they can redeem their codes within the 90-day period.

NEW WITHDRAWAL OPTION
IMAs can withdraw the funds from their CASH WALLETS in USDT as well
 
All IMAs can now use the option to withdraw funds from their Cash Wallets both in BTC and USDT. 

How to set up the Wallet details?
Dashboard -> My profile -> Payment Details

There are two options visible under Payment Details: BTC and USDT. 

IMPORTANT!
Make sure the USDT Wallet you would like to provide in our system is TRC20 (Tether-TRON token using the TRON Network) and NOT ERC20 etc. In case you attempt to withdraw an amount to an ERC20 USDT wallet, the funds might be lost, and the transaction cannot be reverted.

3. Choose the amount you want to top up and enter all the requested information without the " Pay with FIO request (optional)." 


Just so you know, if you decide to top up by BTC, it may take some time to process.
SEPARATE ACCOUNTS FOR GSM SHAREHOLDERS

We would like to kindly inform you that all shareholders which participate in a shared Group Study Module will have the opportunity to have access to OneAcademy from their own account. In order to do this, you should follow the steps below:

1. Create an account in your Profile with the name "the original username of the GSM" + "shareholder" + your number in the contract.

For example: GSM account Nickname Maria11 -> your new Rookie account: Maria11shareholder1

2. The owner of the Group Study Module needs to open a ticket with our Compliance Team via e-mail compliance@oneecosystem.eu with Subject: Group Study Module (or GSM) shareholder access <GSM account Nickname>

3. In the e-mail, please attach your contract and KYC document matching the one in your profile and a list with the shareholder accounts' Nickname.

Upon confirmation of the list, all shareholders provided will be granted Shareholder Access to the OneAcademy educational materials.

with short explanation on why you have recommended them!!

Of course, Company has right (with cooperation with Executive Board) and by T&C - to refuses to unfroze (or to freeze!) any positions belonging to any IMAs, depence of evidence that will accumulate and investigate, about potential damages (to the Company,  Network, or to any team or individuals in OneEcosystem!!!), if some IMA doing in the past!
Also, we must remember you that you can send complain (with evidence only!), but you should respect and agree with our decision, because will be objective, and for sure:

An annual fee will be introduced for IMAs earning an income

The Back-office will continue to be free for everyone activating their accounts and to have access to the Education Modules.

IMAs who earn income in the Network during an annual/12month period will be required to pay either 10€, 20€, or the maximum of 30€, depending on their income for example (100+, or 1000+, or 10,000+ euros).

This fee will be automatically deducted, and the entire sum will be deposited into the account of the Country Board to which the IMAs belong!

This account will be controlled by the Country Board, and it will be used in the best interest of IMAs in that particular country.
