WULONG TAI CHI KUNG FU
YANG STYLE TAICHI FAN 28 WORKSHOP - SESSION 2
|
|
Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu is proud to announce our second special workshop for 2023. Following our successful Session 1 fan workshop, join Professor Lily Sun to learn Session 2 of the Yang Style Taichi Fan 28 routine at a workshop in Carlton, Australia.
The workshop is suitable for all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced. You don’t have to have attended Session 1 to join Session 2.
When: Sunday, 12 November 2023, 1:00 PM 5:00 PM
Where: Dance House, 150 PRINCES STREET CARLTON NORTH, VIC, 3054
As well as reviewing the fluid and powerful foundation movements, Session 2 workshop will include instruction in additional fan techniques, traditional characteristics and features of Taichi.
Sustained training with the Taichi fan is very relaxing as it promotes mindfulness during practice. The slow and rhythmic movements can improve cardiovascular health and circulation, and like all Taichi foundations, it develops coordination, flexibility, strength, balance, and improves energy flow throughout the whole body.
Don’t miss this rare opportunity to benefit from Professor Sun’s expert instruction.
While Professor Sun is proficient in numerous martial arts weapons, she has a particular love of the Taichi fan, and has undertaken extensive additional research into its history and mastery. Professor Sun has trained extensively with the creator and recognised expert of the modern Yang Style Taijishan (Taichi fan), Professor Yang Li, who is also a consultant master to Wulong Tai Chi Kung Fu on matters of modern Taichi curriculum.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Clear and easy to follow instruction from Australia’s most accomplished Taichi instructor – a rare and not to be missed opportunity
Foundation skills and techniques for the Taichi fan
Second series movements of the newest and most popular modern Taichi fan routine – Yang Style Taichi Fan 28
Places are limited and registration is essential. Please register via our event page https://www.wulongtaichi.com.au/events
Or download the attached form and return by email to Professor Lily at info@wulongtaichi.com.au with payment before the event.

|
Chen Style Taijiquan Academy proudly presents its 21st annual one-week intensive Taijiquan workshop by Master Peter Wu. It will be a great opportunity for you to enhance your skills and enrich your understanding and appreciation of authentic Taijiquan. Our aim each year is for you to explore both the Principles and Martial Aspect of Taijiquan. The structure of each course is based on these objectives, and is directed to raise your understanding and Taijiquan skills to a higher level.
There is a saying “Without the Taiji principles and the martial applications, there is no Taijiquan”. I invite everyone to take part, beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Please ask your friends to join you. We promise that this workshop will provide you and your friends with a great week of invaluable experience as well as raising your Taijiquan skills to entirely new levels! We are looking forward to seeing you in the workshop. Don’t miss this great opportunity to enhance your skills and enrich your understanding and appreciation of authentic traditional Taijiquan.
