National Disability Awareness Month

Catalyst Consulting kicked off National Disability Awareness Month by discussing her report, The Working Reality that shows wage disparities for disabled people in Rochester, NY. She went live on LinkedIn to discuss that it’s up to employers to create intentional spaces for disabled workers. She introduced her guide for disabled job seekers who want to get a government job as well as for governments to create inclusive spaces for disabled workers. Disability Community Organizing

Luticha of Catalyst Consulting and community artists and business owners have been organizing against the formation of a Business Improvement District.
