Patricia Hammond, accompanied by Matt Redman sings authentic parlour songs from the 1830s to the 1930s. Sing along with ‘Juanita’, ‘Come back to Erin’, ‘A perfect Day’, ‘Bless this House’ or ‘What a difference a day makes’. Patricia is known as the Canadian Nightingale and this will be an exceptional event.

Guerrilla gardening discussion evening

Following our September event (see photo), we will be holding a guerrilla gardening discussion evening. If you have ever wondered what guerrilla gardening is or how it has its “roots” in the Civil War, then come along and find out. We will provide light refreshments (no charge) and talk through different ways to support the work (spade-wielding is only one of them). Please put the date in your diaries now! All are welcome. 
Highgate Cemetery: Facing the future

Ian Dungavell, chief executive of the Friends of Highgate Cemetery Trust,will present the designs for the proposed works to the cemetery.
