Be Reasonable! |
If kids are fielding for opposition teams, make sure they are fielding to the best of their ability. You would expect the same. Make it a challenge to the individuals! Coaches and Team helpers need to be impartial when umpiring. If you can’t, hand over to someone who can. Set fields to the maximum distance, but consider the condition and limitations of the field. Remember: both teams bat on the same set field.
