Monthly Update

Nahom is 6 months old and happy about it!
He has been doing great and is showing progress in development of all areas. We are so thankful that he is healthy.
I recently sent out my first official sponsorship packets with the new branding. This was exciting because it was a lot of trial, error, and experimentation to bring the new BTM branding to where it is now!
In September, I turned 27. I'm so thankful for all of the years that God has given me on this earth, and that He gave me a new life when I didn't deserve it. This past year has been the hardest yet most rewarding.
As you know, I held a weekly women's Bible study in Ethiopia. This is one of the things I miss the most about being there, because I loved spending time with these women.
My mom has been in Ethiopia for the past week. Before she left, I wrote a letter explaining my family's whole situation since Nahom was born and how we had planned to return to Ethiopia. They had been updated on his health and everything, but I wanted to share it with them in my own words.

I also prepared a Bible study and some pictures of Abeni, me and Nahom to give to each woman. I was so blessed to provide them with a home-cooked meal, which made me so happy! One of the women, named Sindaye, even made her own bread and brought it to show her gratitude for everything we (BTM, Hand in Hand) have done for her.
I got to see them on a video call and talk to them a little bit. Their babies are growing up so fast and it made us all happy to be able to see each other. I pray that one day we will be able to go back and visit them, then our babies can even meet each other.
As always, thank you for the prayers,  love
and support that you show me and my little family.
