Christmas is coming and so is the return of the epic Christmas Raffle - could you help by donating an item for the raffle?  It could be a bottle of Baileys, a box of biscuits, or a toiletries gift set, we'd really like to make this raffle as big as it has been in previous years!  Sian Collins, our master baker, is contributing a Christmas Cake for the second year running which we will be using to guess the weight of the cake competition

Race Night 24th November 2023 Teri Merritt is organising a race night with all profits coming to the charity, we have the opportunity to sponsor a race or predict a race outcome available at Reception.  Please bring some change in to participate next time you're in the Centre.  Remember, there is still plenty of time to pledge a 40 @ 40 donation.

Radiator in Chamber 2 - I let you know in a recent newsletter of the issues we had in Chamber 2 with a creaking noise that was coming from the radiator after extensive investigation.  One of our members has recommended a plumber to reinstate the radiator and it is on his to-do list.  In the short term, please bring an extra layer or use the blankets in the chamber

Polite reminder - please remember we ask for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session to allow for payment, comfort breaks, check masks and equipment, etc.  Traffic issues are inevitable however,  I have noticed that some of you are frequently late, please do plan your time accordingly

And finally, remember the clocks go back this weekend...enjoy the extra hour in bed!
