Mazer Sterling pink topaz Fish pin, c 1944, joining a peridot companion on site... spectacular Trifari Philippe Golden Rose with double pendants, patented in 1948, and - like so much of Philippe's production in 1947-48 - a re-working (with new metal technology) of pre war designs: this rose series had been called Regence in 1939 - other examples include the 1948 Fragonard fruit salad revisitations of 1941 designs, 1948 'Renaissance' pins, 1948 'Romantique' revisiting 1941 'Rococo' Empress Eugenie designs, and more... Trifari Philippe 1949 miniature Poodle, tiny and perfect, patented, advertised for $6 at Marshall Fields Chicago that April, with others in the series... and the remarkable Marcel Boucher's Flying Elephants, patented Feb 1947, now re-joining the matching pin  already here...

...and there's more to see - in our 18 item, October 29th update
