🎃 Scare Away Daylight Savings Woes
 

It’s baaaaaaack. Here comes the dreaded Daylight Savings, and the worst schedule screw up of the year. And why is this still a thing????

Here are 3 options for managing daylight savings and keeping your little one from freaking out over the change.

Option #1
The Slow Shift

 
Shift your child's meal, nap and bedtimes later by 15 minutes every day starting tomorrow at breakfast.
 
Option #2
Bedtime Bump

 
Friday night move bedtime 30 minutes later.
 
Option #3
Do nothing.
 
Do nothing and go with the flow.
 
Don't panic! After a week or two your little one will settle back into his normal wake time and you'll be back to your normal schedule. 💕
