We're back at the Indianapolis Marriott East this year for Starbase Indy. Our rate is just $99 a night - with parking included. (That's so unique to Starbase Indy that the computer link will tell you parking is an extra fee, but our contract with the hotel guarantees our people included parking, so you won't be charged that at the event.)
That's the good news. Great hotel, great rate.
The less good news is that the hotel is going to be much stricter with us this year where hotel rooms are concerned. We've been assured that they will not be able to make any exceptions to that November 10 deadline. Anybody who doesn't have a room by that date won't have access to the $99 / night rate or the included parking. The hotel expects to sell out all the rooms before the event starts this year, so you may not be able to get an on site room at all if you don't get your room reserved before that deadline.
This is different for us. We're used to being able to add rooms past the deadline. If you're considering a room, please reserve one today!
