- PUBLIC MEETING: There will be an online public meeting to discuss Phase 4 streetscape plans, hosted by the City of Des Moines, on November 29 from 6-8 p.m. Register for the public meeting here.
- OPEN HOUSE: There will be an open house hosted by Kirkham-Michael and The Avenues of Ingersoll & Grand on November 30 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. at Palmer’s Deli (2843 Ingersoll Ave). Stop by and ask questions about the streetscape or upcoming construction phases in an informal setting. Refreshments will be provided.
