Do You Have an Asthma Action Plan?
An Asthma Action Plan is an important tool for managing your asthma. Your doctor can work with you on a plan. This plan includes your medicines, tips on recognizing symptoms, and what to do in an emergency. If you don’t have one, print AAFA's Asthma Action Plan, take it to your doctor and have them fill it out. (Also available in Spanish)
