Fall is often a busy time of year. Calendars fill up with parties, events, sports games, and more. It's important to take extra steps to ensure a safe and fun experience for our friends with food allergies. KFA provides tools to help families handle the day-to-day challenges of managing food allergies.
To build safe and inclusive spaces for people managing food allergies, we are:
- Leading an initiative to improve allergen labeling which would help parents make informed choices for their families
- Advocating for food allergy training in schools and child care centers so kids can learn and play without fear
- Fighting for accessible and affordable treatments for anaphylaxis and food allergies
Together, we can help all families with food allergies keep their children safe and healthy!
