UTM transforms into all-day play zone to launch game studies minor
The Nov. 9 Day of Play marks the official launch of UTM's game studies program and the Syd Bolton Collection, a massive archive of video games and paraphernalia. Read more
The University of Toronto recently upgraded UTAlert, a rapid notification system that is used to spread important campus information such as snow closures, building evacuations and safety messages.
As part of the upgrade, all community members (even those who have previously provided their information) are asked to visit the UTAlert webpage and enter their cellphone numbers. This will allow you to receive critical updates by text. You can also download UTAlert’s Alertable app and receive additional safety tools and push notifications. Learn more
Mark Transgender Awareness Week Nov. 13-17
Transgender Awareness Week aims to increase awareness, visibility and knowledge of trans people and the issues faced by members of trans communities.
It is also an opportunity to celebrate the lives of trans and nonbinary people and the contributions they have made and continue to make.
