VOTE TO RE-ELECT MAYOR MCLEAN

THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION OUR CITY WILL FACE

<<First Name>>,

It has never been more important to get to the polls and vote for the success of our city and its future. We can't afford sit on the sidelines with so much at stake. Get out and vote. Our city depends on you.

I'm voting to re-elect Mayor McLean for many reasons:

Mayor McLean sees possibilities in problems and doesn't get bogged down in criticism. She stays engaged, listens, and collaborates. When most conservatives in the legislature opposed light rail, she worked tirelessly with transportation providers and the Governor to advocate for rail service between Boise and Salt Lake.

She has worked for decades to protect open spaces and has worked to get parks in every neighborhood so every kids have a place to play within walking distance of their home.

She has been laser focused on creating a vision for clean energy to preserve our high quality of life.

She has prioritized housing so more people can have a home they can afford.

She ensured that covid relief funds were spent to strengthen the economy and bolster child care so families could get to work.

Finally, time after time, she has stood up to bullies infringing on our most basic human rights. She is devoted to being a leader in a city where everyone is welcome.

This is an important election for the progress of our city. Mayor McLean's opponent is focusing on going backwards instead of addressing the challenges. We need every voter to turn out and make Boise's values clear.

Over the weekend I joined Boise Mayor Lauren McLean and other volunteers for Get Out the Vote (GOTV) and had the best experience talking with voters in different areas of our city about Mayor McLean and why it's important to get out and vote today.

I hope you'll join me today in voting to re-elect Mayor Lauren McLean.
