Today, we proudly launching our Winter appeal with Andy. He has been brave enough to share his story to help fund our life changing and lifesaving counselling services as well as awareness of Mental Health. #CrossReachOut

Last year, CrossReach provided over 15,000 counselling sessions to people and families just like Andy's.
Each session costs £75 but to continue being there for more families in Scotland, we need to raise vital funds. If you are able and want to help us end the stigma associated with mental health, we would be so grateful for your support, no matter how much.
