📅 Join us for today's SDN Global Café! The cross-disciplinary team of service designers and policy makers at the UK’s Ministry of Justice will discuss their SDN Award-winning project 🏆, which consisted of developing a long-term vision to ensure prison leavers are better able to effectively resettle into the community post-custody, bearing in mind the complex structural elements underpinning the justice system.

Whenever you want to access the video recordings of the Service Design Global Conference 2023, all attendees can just login via Hopin website and watch all the videos easily on your desktop browser until February 2024. During the Service Design Global Conference in Berlin, the Service Design YAP team from SDN UK Chapter had enlightening conversations with many talented designers who are just starting their professional journeys. Gain insights into their experiences, motivations, and the exciting future they envision for service design. 🚀

Service Design Podcast had a chat with Giulia Bazoli and Dr. Pardis Shafafi backstage at Service Design Global Conference in Berlin after their keynote talk 🗣️. Both have leading roles at Designit Oslo and many of their colleagues contributed to the Do No Harm Framework.
