Hello <<First Name>>!

Gratitude is defined by Dictionary.com as "the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness." Most people are familiar with the first part of the definition, which is "the quality of being thankful." It's important to be grateful for the things we have, the kindness shown to us, or the care or provision given to us. However, we often forget that true gratitude involves reciprocating that kindness. We are not only supposed to express gratitude, but we should also be motivated to share the goodness or blessings we have experienced with others.

The Bible teaches us this truth in the greatest commandment, "Do to others what you would have them do to you" (Matthew 7:12).

At LHM, we have been blessed by God's amazing grace in ways that none of us deserve. In our sin and rebellion, Christ came to save and rescue us from the penalty of our sins. What a Savior! As a result, we are eager to share with other sinners the grace and mercy God has shown us. As we share His love with others, we witness His grace transforming and radically changing lives.

As we celebrate Thanksgiving in America, we are deeply grateful for God's love and grace, and the incredible privilege we have to share that love and grace with others seeking hope, help, and freedom. Your prayers, encouragement, and support enable us to be the hands, hearts, and feet of Jesus to those not only in the US but worldwide. Thank you for making Jesus known.

We are so grateful for your prayers, support, encouragement, and willingness to share LHM and His transformational Truth with anyone with ears to hear. Thank you. May God's richest blessings be upon you and your family, and may God's Spirit, peace, and power abide with you!

For the praise of His glorious Name,

Ricky Chelette
