ATI's Patented Pile Cutter
Aggregate Technologies Inc. has once again demonstrated it can deliver advanced solutions for even the most difficult concrete cutting jobs.
A customer needed nearly 1,000 24”-36” auger cast piles cut and removed from pits of up to 50 feet in depth. Due to the sophisticated logistics associated with the job, older pile cutting methods were not a viable option. A cutting-edge solution was required.
The customer called on the experts at Aggregate Technologies to complete the project. Using the patented ATI pile cutting machine – the safest and most efficient tool in the industry for cutting piles – technicians were able to cut and remove the piles at a rate of 12 per hour, with no safety incidents or lost time hours.
Due to customer policy, ATI is not able to show you pictures or video of the job site. You can view photos and descriptions of our patented machine here: ATI pile cutting system.

Bishop was awarded an all-expenses paid trip to WOC for his excellent service. WOC is the industry's only annual international event and concrete conference dedicated to the commercial concrete and masonry construction industries.
