Who-Ville Returns to TteS Arbour

Exciting news! Who-Ville is making a comeback at the Powwow Arbour this year. Stay tuned for updates on Instagram and Facebook, and we invite you to share your stories and pictures from your visits to Who-Ville.

To support Literacy in Kamloops, we kindly request either a new or gently used children's book or a small cash donation. Join us with an open mind and heart to experience Who-Ville and mingle with The Mayor of Whoville, his wife, the Grinch, Cindy-Lou, and Max the Dog. Create lasting memories as the original cartoon version of the Grinch plays on a large screen. Keep an eye out for the Grinch causing mischief around us. All books and cash donations directly benefit Literacy in Kamloops, and the experience lasts about half an hour.

Training and Education Survey

The Education Department is once again seeking input from band members regarding training and employment. This project commenced five years ago with the distribution of a survey, enabling us to develop training and employment programs for the community based on feedback received. We now invite you to shape the future direction of training and employment programs for Tk̓emlúps by sharing your thoughts on priorities for yourself, your family, and the community.

Upon completion of this survey, the results will guide the Education Department in strategically delivering programs that are community-driven.

Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc (TteS) hosted the TteS Membership Code Swearing-In Ceremony on November 29, 2023.
