Physiotherapy Consults and Pilates Sessions Available

For those interested in some extra casual sessions during the break to work off your Christmas Cheer and New Years Celebrating.
Yurena will be available to take
Pilates. Exercise Rehab. Sessions
and
Physiotherapy Treatment consultations
if required between Christmas and 7th January.

These sessions will be held three mornings a week:
Wed 27/12 - Fri 29/12/23 and Tue 2/1 - Thu 4/1/24
8am to approx. 1pm

Love is in the air

A warm congratulations to Julia Di Kang who married the
handsome Nick Olsson on 2nd November 2023.
The happy couple enjoyed a short break but will be having a month long honeymoon from Mid December.
I know I can say with confidence on behalf of all the staff and clients from
the Activate Physiotherapy family...

We wish you both a long and beautiful life together.
We are so happy for you both.

We are sad to announce that Julia will be leaving Activate Physio. Pilates in 2024. This change is so Julia can pursue her interest in pain management specialty work. We wish Julia all the very best. We are sure that she will have a stella specialist physio career ahead!

January Garuda Teacher Training postponed till March 2024.

About Rebecca Mottin
Rebecca was born and raised in Australia and has a professional dance background. She is a keen nutritionist who brings a sense of healthy living into her own life and the importance of physicality. She was drawn to Garuda training because of its physicality and the honing of the body to be stronger, leaner, more mobile and resilient. Unexpectedly she also discovered it taught her to have a deep quiet confidence within herself. This she believes we all need and which inspired her to become a Garuda teacher. She has been training exclusively under James’ guidance for the last six years and has intricate knowledge and understanding of the repertoire
