I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share important information about an upcoming community meeting hosted by the City to discuss the establishment of a temporary shelter in the 30th ward for our new arrivals.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church (3601 N. Lavergne) on Monday, December 18th, at 6:30 pm.
During the gathering, City officials will give an overview of the situation, discuss logistics, and create an open space for all residents. You are invited to attend and ask questions, share comments, voice concerns, and learn how you can get involved and make a difference. As your Alderwoman, I will be in attendance to answer questions as needed.
