Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

The Team at Community Pharmacy Lincolnshire want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We also received a thank you letter from the Chair of the ICB, Dr Gerry McSorley and the Chief Executive, John Turner, thanking pharmacy colleagues for their work over the year, asking us to pass on their appreciation. Richard Seal, Regional Chief Pharmacist, also circulated a letter of thanks which you can read here.

Contractors have worked hard throughout the year to support patients and we thank you for your diligence in making sure the people of Lincolnshire can access healthcare support across the county when they need it.

Over the next year we will continue to support you as contractors and work with the Lincolnshire Integrated Care system, regional NHS Teams, and more widely with Members of Parliament, to raise the profile of the work community pharmacies do in the county and their true value to the population of Lincolnshire.

We look forward to supporting you with the launch of the Pharmacy First Service in the new year and other services including Pharmacy Contraception and Hypertension Case-Finding moving forwards.
