Hi everyone,
This week is the "inaugural" switch on of Christmas lights at Pyrford Shops.
You may have noticed that today, Saturday 2nd December, a cherry picker has appeared outside the shops at Marshall Parade. Lovelace Drive.
The reason it is there is to erect Christmas lights.
The “switch on” will be on Thursday 7 th December starting at 6:00pm.

This event is happening due to the planning and hard work of Cllr Chris Martin.
Chris also arranged crowdfunding and the Forum was delighted to help by donating £250. Two other local organisations also made significant donations – Pyrford & Wisley Village Show gave £250 and the Byfleet, West Byfleet & Pyrford Residents’ Association gave £500.
