Zoning Action Signs

By Andrew Vissers on Dec 21, 2023 11:43 am

Starting in 2024, if you are in the Village of Bellevue and see one of these signs located on a property, it means that some type of planning action has been requested and is in process to be considered by the Plan Commission and Village Board. A planning action could be a rezoning request, conditional use request or a planned development district creation/amendment. Information regarding the action item will be available on the Village of Bellevue website or by calling the Community Development Department and speaking with staff. A public hearing is held regarding all of the above items at regularly scheduled Village Board meetings.

Just another way of trying to ensure that our residents stay informed.
