A News Source for Friends of Duke Urology • Fall 2023
Note from the Department Chair

As the year draws to a close, I want to acknowledge and recognize the exceptional efforts of every member of our department. It has been your hard work and dedication that signaled the need for our monumental transition this year.

We have maintained our commitment to training and mentoring the next generation of physician leaders and military trainees. We remain consistent in advancing our clinical endeavors to provide compassionate patient care and continue our historic growth as research leaders.

I am also so grateful for the support of the alumni and friends of the Department. I hope you and your loved ones will experience a holiday season filled with peace, joy and precious memories. Here's to an exciting and successful year ahead!

Best wishes,
